We freight Worldwide! We ship every ZAC product to our overseas warehouse located just near Hong Kong. Regardless of its place of manufacture most products are sent to our warehouse in bulk, then dispatched from here to you directly. This is because our HQ is in Australia (far away from the rest of the world) and it is slow and expensive to send direct to you from Aus! This central location has proven to be the most economical way to get our items to you, regardless of where you are in the world.
We use standard line air mail, this shipping service does not give you an ETA like the upgraded service, full tracking or sign on delivery. Your order may sit for a day or more between depots too.
We do offer an upgrade to DHL (or equivalent express service) should you wish to get your items faster, below is an ESTIMATE of delivery times to a few destinations. PLEASE CONTACT US for current estimates of handling and delivery times especially if you are in a hurry for your items.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $2500USD.  Certain products may not be eligible for our free freight service.  Please note, depending on what you order, some orders will be sent separately.

Shipment of Forged Wheels

Please note standard shipping for Forged Wheels is shipped with Sea Freight and will take approximately 20-40 days once shipped.

Express shipping for Forged Wheels is shipped with Air Freight and will take approximately 8-12 days once shipped.

Import Duties and Store Credit Policy

At ZAC Motorsport, we understand that paying import duties and taxes can sometimes be a concern when receiving international shipments. To help alleviate this, we offer a store credit for the amount of import duties charged on your order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Proof of Payment: To qualify for the store credit, we require proof of the amount you were charged for customs duties and taxes. This helps us verify the amount and ensure accuracy.

  2. Submission Timeframe: Please submit the required proof of payment within 2 weeks of receiving and paying the customs charges.

  3. Store Credit Details:

    • Once approved, the store credit will be issued in the form of an online gift voucher.
    • This store credit can be used for future purchases of ZAC Motorsport products only.
    • The store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
    • The store credit offer is one-time use per customer and cannot be combined with any sales, discounts, or promotions.

  4. Eligibility:

    • This offer is available to individual customers only and does not apply to wholesale customers.
    • The store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of refund.

  5. Customs and Import Duty Failure:

    • If customs duties are not paid, your order may be returned to our warehouse or destroyed by customs. In such cases, the return freight expenses will be deducted from any store credit provided.
    • Please note that the cost of returning items due to unpaid duties often exceeds the value of the product itself, which may result in no store credit being granted. We have NO CONTROL over the courier or what they charge for return freight.

  6. Return Process:

    • If your order is returned to us due to unpaid duties, we will treat the items as returned items, and they must be inspected upon arrival. A refund or store credit will only be processed once the items have been returned to us and passed inspection.
    • If customs destroys your items, unfortunately, no refund or store credit can be provided.

  7. Return Freight Charges:

    • Please be aware that we do not have control over which courier service is used or the fees associated with returning items to us. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
