Description

The heart of the system is the pre-preg carbon fiber intake tube, built to promote smooth, unrestricted airflow while drastically reducing heat soak. Coupled with our vortex-inducing AVI filter, which offers 300% more surface area than the stock filter, this system ensures cooler, denser air is delivered to your engine, resulting in optimized power gains and throttle response.

The AVI Cold Air Intake features triple insulated heat shields, providing maximum protection from engine bay heat without compromising airflow. These heat shields keep intake temperatures lower, enabling the G63’s powerful twin-turbo V8 to breathe more freely and efficiently.

A standout feature is the gold anodized "Radiator Ring" heat sink, located at the turbo inlet within the carbon intake tube. This heat sink uses radial fins to dissipate heat away from the intake tube and turbo inlet, further reducing temperatures and reinforcing the intake’s structural integrity for added durability.

Key features include:

  • Triple Insulated Heat Shields: Provides excellent heat protection while allowing optimal airflow to the intake system
  • Pre-Preg Carbon Fiber Intake Tube: Designed for smoother airflow and reduced heat soak, offering consistent power delivery
  • Vortex-Inducing AVI Filter: 300% more surface area than the stock filter, ensuring improved air intake and turbo efficiency
  • Gold Anodized Radiator Ring Heat Sink: Dissipates heat and strengthens the intake tube at the turbo inlet
  • OEM Fitment: Direct bolt-on installation with no modifications needed for seamless integration
  • 2-Year Warranty: Backed by a 2-year warranty for added reliability and confidence

With its cutting-edge design, top-tier materials, and focus on performance, the AVI Cold Air Intake for the Mercedes-AMG G63 is the ultimate upgrade for drivers looking to unlock the full potential of their vehicle. Enjoy better throttle response, enhanced power, and a system that can handle the heat.
