Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to pre-order products from ZAC Motorsport. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pre-Order Product Availability:

   • Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but are available for purchase in advance. These items are typically in production or awaiting shipment.
   • The estimated delivery date provided for pre-order items is an approximate date and is subject to change based on production, shipping, or other unforeseen delays.

2. Pre-Order Deposit and Payment:

   • Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order, and your credit card will be charged immediately. We do not accept partial payments or deposits for pre-orders.
   • If any issues arise with the payment, we reserve the right to cancel the pre-order.

3. Delivery Timeframe:

   • Pre-order products are expected to ship once they are available in stock. While we strive to meet the expected shipping date, delays may occur due to production, shipping, or other factors beyond our control.
   • Customers will be notified of any significant delays, and we will provide updated shipping information when available.

4. No Cancellations:

   • Once a pre-order is placed, cancellations are not accepted. This policy is in place because we use the funds from pre-orders to purchase tooling, inventory, and materials needed for production. Canceling a pre-order would disrupt this process and impact other customers who are patiently waiting for the product.
   • We rely on pre-order sales to fund the manufacturing and production of the items, and cancellations make it difficult to maintain this process.

5. Refunds and Store Credit:

   • Pre-orders are non-refundable once the order is placed.
   • In the event of a significant change to the pre-order product or if you no longer wish to proceed with the order, store credit may be offered, but no refunds will be given.
   • The store credit issued will be valid for future purchases of ZAC Motorsport products only, and it cannot be combined with any other promotions or sales.

6. Product Changes:

   • While we make every effort to ensure that pre-ordered items are exactly as described, we reserve the right to make minor adjustments or improvements to the products, including design, features, and packaging.
   • If there is a significant change in the product or its specifications, customers will be notified, and a full refund or store credit option will be provided if the updated product is no longer suitable.

7. Shipping and Handling:

   • Shipping fees for pre-order items are calculated at checkout. Pre-order products will be shipped as soon as they become available, but the shipping timeline may vary depending on when the item is in stock.
   • Pre-order shipping is subject to availability, and delivery dates may vary due to factors like production delays, supply chain issues, or customs processing.

8. Customs and Import Duties:

   • Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes incurred when receiving pre-ordered products. These charges are not covered by ZAC Motorsport and will vary based on your location.

9. Pre-Order Limitations:

   • Pre-order products are only available for individual purchases and are not eligible for wholesale orders.
   • Pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged once received, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

10. Customer Acknowledgement:

    • By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.

We appreciate your patience and understanding when purchasing pre-order items. Pre-ordering allows you to secure your product in advance, and we will do everything we can to deliver it as quickly and smoothly as possible.
